Our mission
The Women of Colour Hockey Collective (WCHC) is a Canadian-based non-profit dedicated to supporting and uplifting girls and women of colour in the sport of hockey. Through programs, mentorship, financial aid, and community events, we help players thrive, locally, nationally, and wherever the game takes them.
The mission of the Women of Colour Hockey Collective is to inspire and sustain a passion for hockey among women and girls of colour. As a Canadian non-profit, we work to make the sport more inclusive, accessible, and representative by empowering the athletes, families, friends, and allies who shape the game.
